Socially Responsible Investment Policy

• The Trustees will seek an investment portfolio which reflects the objectives of the General and Education Trust [the Trust] which are to advance education and other charitable purposes related to the science of dietetics. 

• The Trustees will seek to invest in companies which are compatible with these objectives.  These may include sustainable investment, the promotion of health and well being as well as quality or preventative health care.

• The Trustees will seek to avoid investment in companies which are incompatible with these objectives.

• The Trustees will review their investments on a regular basis to ensure compliance with this policy.
