The Professional Development Award is a five year programme which provides dietitians, who are BDA members, with a mechanism for demonstrating Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
It facilitates the collection of evidence of CPD and provide tools to aid reflection. The Award requires participants to submit three reflections per year in Year 1-4, these are assessed by trained BDA CPD assessors and constructive feedback provided. For Year 5 you will be required to submit a reflective account describing practice development and provide evidence of post registration education or further professional development.
The Award is for dietitians working full and part time and is suitable for all dietitians, regardless of where you work.
