The Conference Rate includes registration fees for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, admission to the Trade and Poster Exhibitions, tea/coffee, lunch daily and the "Mersey Magic" on Tuesday evening.
The Day Delegate Rate includes the registration fees for that day, admission to the Trade and Poster Exhibitions, tea/coffee and lunch.
Departments are offered a Departmental Conference Rate, where up to three people may attend on separate days. The names of the delegates must be given at the time of registration. Each person attending on the Departmental bookings will be entitled to receive the conference bag containing all conference materials and will be issued with their own name badge.
We have an allocation of twin/double bedrooms at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool at the following rates:

All rates are based on per person per night and include breakfast and VAT at the current rate. The same rate is available to both BDA Members and Non Members.
Additional nights may be arranged, subject to availability, upon request to the Conference Organisers.
All reservations for accommodation including any amendments/additions/cancellations, must be made through the Conference Organisers in order to obtain the rates shown.
The BDA Awards Dinner will take place on Wednesday 18th June 2008 at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool. Tickets are available at £45.00 per person for BDA Members and £55.00 per person for non members. This includes a pre-dinner drinks reception followed by three course meal with wine and The Awards Presentation Ceremony and is inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%.
