Dawne Ramage Bloodworth - Director
Dawne spent much of her career in NHS executive director roles leading strategic development and service change programmes within the integrated care, and health care education sector in the NHS. Dawne originally trained as a Dietitian before moving into general management. She is an HR development specialist, building capacity in people enabling collaborative networks and delivering effective working partnership relationships. Dawne holds a part time post with the University of Highlands and Islands supporting the Scottish Rural Health Partnership and is also working with NHS Scotland on the development of ‘Flying Finish’ workforce policy that will formally facilitate proactive career planning for staff entering the latter stages of their professional careers. Dawne is an executive coach and leadership mentor, and is a keen gardener. Dawne is an alumnus of the Windsor Leadership Trust, a Fellow of Institute of Leadership and Management (FInstLM), and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
