Behaviour Change Skills: Part 1 ‘Patient-Centred Communication Skills’
Good communication skills are essential in all areas of healthcare including conversations with patients, relatives and carers, one to one communication with colleagues as well as contributions in group situations such as strategic and/or multi-disciplinary meetings.
This intensive skills based workshop is designed to support this diverse range of health professional communication needs to ultimately benefit patient care. A high level of facilitation makes our training unique. This promotes optimal learning and contributes to the quality of this course.
Suitable for all practitioners, the course provides the opportunity to reflect on current practice in a safe and supportive environment.
This is a two day course plus one day pre course work.
