Tim will present sustainable Diets amidst a Food Brexit: feasible or fantasy?

What will this talk address?

The evidence for shifting the UK (and world's) diet from current unsustainable to a more sustainable status is overwhelming. When we look across diverse issues - climate change, water, biodiversity, land use, nutrition, inequalities, money flows - case for change is strong. Governments are reluctant to face the facts. Is it up to us? Market dynamics? Will the UK get going when politics are paralysed by Brexit?
