I am an experienced dietitian with a demonstrated history of working in food services.
My expertise has been gathered through a number of settings over the years within the NHS and private businesses.
My specialist skill is in analysing recipes and full menus for a variety of settings. This includes the NHS and other care settings such as care homes as well as private businesses such as restaurants, cafe's and workplace catering environments.
In addition, I can advise on menu planning and recipe and menu development; supporting compliance with good practice guidelines and with mandatory standards.
I am based in the beautiful West of Scotland however much of my work can be done remotely.
