I am an independent dietitian specialised in paediatrics with over 10 years experience in many diverse settings across the NHS and in industry.
My areas of work are mainly focus in early years nutrition including complementary feeding, childhood obesity, fussy eating and blended diets.
I serve as the Professional Affairs Officer for the Paediatric Specialist Group of the British Dietetic Association where I am responsible for policy and position statement development, and input into various national consultations concerning infant and child nutrition.
I have published in several areas including in paediatric eosinophilic oesophagitus, food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome, cow's milk allergy, ketogenic diets and inherited metabolic disorders. I have also started a Masters which I am undertaking in Advanced Professional Practice in Paediatric Dietetics with Plymouth University.
I am currently embarking in a freelance space offering dietetic consultancy services including medical writing, content development and strategy management, HCP outreach and research. I also offer private practice for children with food allergies, fussy eating, faltering growth and healthy lifestyle management.
