Claire is an experienced Dietitian, who graduated from the University of Surrey in 1991 with a first class honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Claire has over 25 years of clinical experience and can offer advice and support for a wide range of medical conditions. She is passionate about the role food plays in our lives and can offer help on many conditions; from weight reduction advice, through to support for people with cancer, heart disease, diabetes, neurological conditions, dysphagia, learning disabilities and many other conditions/diseases. Claire has a wealth of experience in delivering talks, lectures, and teaching sessions to a wide range of audiences. She has worked closely with residential, nursing homes and hospices and promotes a food first approach. Claire has written and produced a wide range of nutritional literature, she has contributed to the Concise Oxford Medical Journal and has had articles published in the Dietetic Journal.
