I'm a registered dietitian with experience in a range of specialties through years of working in the NHS. My interests include nutrition support for all ages but particularly in older adults, and weight management with a non-diet approach - often referred to as the "Health at Every Size" movement. 

I use a range of strategies to work with my clients including personalised diet advice that fits into individual clients lifestyles, as well as coaching to improve their intuitive eating and internal hunger signals. I listen to my clients' priorities and work together with them to help them reach their goals.
