BDA Communities

It goes without saying that as dietitians, it’s in all of our best interests to do what we can to represent and promote our great work and the wider profession. This often means widening our social circles, our reach and our influence, and taking advantage of every possible networking opportunity.

With over 8,700 members, the BDA member community has a strong and important voice, and we have a variety of platforms for our members to access and get involved in to network, share knowledge and best practice and raise awareness of what's new in the profession.

Our Communities

My BDA

Log in to your MY BDA online personal profile area and update your details, join a BDA Specialist Group and tell us your areas of interest or expertise.

Social

Like many of our members, we're highly proactive on a variety of social channels and have a BDA voice accross Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube to utilise the power of social to raise awareness of the impact and value of the dietetic profession – check out all of our social media channels.

Members' Forum

Our Members' Forum is a great way to network or ask a question in a closed environment dedicated to the dietetic profession, which is why a large number of specialist group members regularly use this platform.

Volunteer hub

Volunteer hub – with over 1,000 members undertaking vital volunteer roles for us and gaining invaluable experience and CPD in return, why not take a look at what opportunities are out there and how you might go about getting involved?
