E-Learning for Health - Embedding Public Health into Clinical Services programme
This programme is intended to support leaders and service managers to redesign their services to support a preventative approach. It is a five step process, and provides a practical toolkit to help individuals and multidiscilinary teams
It has been developed by Public Heath Englands, NHS England and Improvement and Health Education England. However, all colleagues in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are looking at how this toolkit can be utilised across the UK.
