Eat Well For Less27 January 2015
To mark the launch of the new BBC 1 primetime show, Eat Well for Less, with BDA’s Lucy Jones, Gregg Wallace and greengrocer Chris Bavin, the BDA is launching its brand new Eat Well Spend Less Food Fact Sheet, which is a free public resource.
It is getting more expensive to live in the UK, making it difficult to eat healthily. This new Food Fact Sheet will give readers ideas to help achieve a balanced diet which won’t break the bank.
Speaking about her role in the new BBC show, Lucy Jones said:
“Many people think that eating a healthy balanced diet is something that costs a lot of money to do and this doesn’t have to be the case at all.
“Hopefully, Eat Well for Less, will give viewers some handy examples of how to eat well and save some money at the same time.”
