If your answer is yes then this day is for you. The day will see the launch of the Influencing Action Pack. This pack is applicable to dietitians working in all four countries of the United Kingdom. It is also applicable to dietitians working in the NHS, freelance dietitians and dietitians working in industry and academia. The pack gives you guidance on how to influence key decision makers in your area so that you can protect and/or expand your services.
Day 2 will be interactive and you will learn how to analyse your stakeholders, plan your messaging and engagement. You will also learn how to prepare your ‘elevator pitch’ so that you know how best to use those unforeseen opportunities (such as when you are in a lift!) with important stakeholders.
