A helpful guide created with The Friends of the Elderly Group to highlight the importance of good nutrition and hydration in older age, with helpful tips on calorie requirements, malnutrition, good nutrition and hydration. Also includes useful information on protein, constipation and portion sizes. 

It is important to remember that losing weight is not a normal part of ageing and that older people may need to make changes to their diet to maintain health and wellbeing compared to the usual "healthy diet".
