I am a Registered Dietitian from Trinidad and Tobago and a full overseas member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA). 

After graduating from the University of Surrey in 2017, I completed a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University in 2020. 

Presently, I practice in Trinidad and Tobago in the public health sector, where I am gaining valuable experience in nutrition support, gerontology and oncology nutrition. 

I also work as a freelance dietitian, offering nutrition advice to a wide range of clients, including those who would like to develop healthy eating practices, manage their weight and/or medical conditions and improve their performance in sport.
