Hello, my name is Hana Blake and I am a SENr Performance Nutritionist and HCPC registered dietitian, with experience supporting recreational to elite athletes.

I enjoy working with individual athletes as well as teams, to provide appropriate, tailored and practical nutrition plans to enhance health and performance. I also offer nutrition workshops and presentations to sports clubs and schools.

Alongside my private work, I work as a clinical dietitian in the NHS, currently specialising in cardiology and ICU. Clinical specialities of previous roles include; Oncology, Renal, Surgery, General medicine, A+E, Gastroenterology and Stroke.

I am based in London, but can accommodate anywhere with online consultations.
