To prepare for your practitioner re-registration, you will need to refer to the SENR Guide to Registration, section 4.6.
Please note the SENR Guide to Registration was updated in October 2022, so it's important you prepare your re-submission documents according to the new guidance.
Here are the template documents to be completed.
You need to complete these in advance of your 5 year registration ending, so it’s a good idea to start preparing 6 months in advance of the end of your registration.
Practitioner re-registrations can be submitted twice a year:
- April to be reviewed at the June Portfolio Assessment Panel Meeting.
- October to be reviewed at the December Portfolio Assessment Panel Meeting.
The 2023 Submission dates are 1st April 2024 & 1st October 2024.
An assessment fee of £50 is payable on submission.
