I currently work as a Personal trainer for Brightside PT in Southampton. I am a sports nutrition masters graduate, with experience of working with a range of athletes and sports teams. I am also a Level 3 qualified Personal trainer and have been producing fitness and nutrition plans for multiple clients. I have a passion for sport, fitness and nutrition and am always looking at that next discovery to give a person a winning edge. I have completed placements with various sports teams and elite athletes.
