Disciplinary is the process an Employer will use when a dietitian is failing in their performance or is believed to have behaved in an unacceptable manor.  The Employer will have a policy in place in order to enable them to deal with either issue in a fair and consistent manner.

Consult your local BDA Trade Union Representative or a BDA Trade Union Officer if you are engaged with a disciplinary process.
