This agreement ensures a smoother, more effective process for supporting our members. By following it, we can work together fairly and consistently.
What you need to do:
- Download the agreement below to get started. Save and keep this somewhere accessible on your computer so you can easily access it when needed.
- Sign the form before starting any case and send a copy to the BDA Trade Union for our records.
- Keep a copy for future reference to support you in your role.
