- Check your membership details: Please make sure your workplace details are up to date in your BDA membership record. This helps us identify your workplace representative and ensure you receive information relevant to your workplace, including ballots and consultations. - Gather any relevant information: When completing the form, it can be helpful to have key information to hand, such as your employer's details, relevant dates, correspondence, workplace policies, or other documents related to your enquiry.
- Think about what support you need: It may be helpful to consider what outcome you are seeking and what support you would like from the BDA.
- If you already have an active case: Please contact the Trade Union Officer handling your case directly rather than submitting a new enquiry.
