The day will include the new recommendations for estimating nutrition requirements in patients with kidneys disease (from acute kidney injury to chronic kidney disease and renal replacement therapy), an update on refeeding syndrome and key new changes, with a special focus on kidney disease. The day will be organised as a workshop with pre-course work and practical case studies (including oral and artificial nutrition). This workshop is aimed at any dietitian wishing to become more familiar with the new PENG guidelines.
