I am a Registered Dietitian and a full member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and hold degrees in both BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science and BSc (Hons) Human Nutrition and Dietetics.

With several years experience working within the NHS in a range of specialities, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills to be able to offer a holistic and personalised approach to your health goals.

I continue to hold a position within the NHS as a Specialist Weight Management Dietitian, which helps to bolster my expertise and supports my continued development.

My interest in fertility and menopause isn't just a professional one, it is also deeply personal. And this means I delve deep into the research to bring you the most up-to-date, factual and practical advice and support out there.

I regularly complete CPD (continued professional development) and research to further my knowledge and skills and to bring you the most up to date, evidence based practice.
