Hi, I’m Jodie Relf, a Registered Dietitian specialising in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).
After being diagnosed with PCOS in my early 20s, I experienced first-hand how limited and often confusing the support available can be. Like many women, I was left navigating conflicting advice and approaches that didn’t feel sustainable.
This led me to deepen my expertise through extensive research and additional training with PCOS specialists in the US. I now combine this clinical knowledge with a non-diet, evidence-based approach, integrating principles of intuitive eating and behaviour change to support long-term symptom management.
My work focuses on helping women understand their bodies and manage symptoms such as low energy, irregular cycles, and digestive issues - without relying on restrictive diets. While weight is often discussed in PCOS care, current evidence shows that sustainable lifestyle changes, rather than weight-focused approaches, are key to improving symptoms.
I support my clients to build realistic, personalised strategies that fit into their lives—so they can feel more in control of their health and live well with PCOS.
