I am a Registered Dietitian specialising in glucose homeostasis and insulin resistance - ie any conditions to do with blood glucose and insulin!

I see patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (linked to insulin resistance), reactive hypoglycaemia, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, menopause-related changes in glucose and insulin resistance-related disorders. And I have expertise in CGM interpretation and dietary recommendations - particularly for athletes using CGMs. 

I also see patients for conditions like high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

I combine a research career at the University of Oxford where I do research in the above conditions, with being a practicing dietitian for 18 years. This helps me use my own research to help patients manage their conditions better. I am particularly interested in helping patients get better control of their blood glucose or blood pressure without weight loss if this is something the patient is interested in.
