Sam is a registered dietitian and sports nutritionist based in Chester, United Kingdom. She has been a qualified dietitian since 2019 and specialises in IBS (including the low FODMAP diet), as well as other complex gastrointestinal disorders including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, coeliac disease, pancreatic disease, liver disease and bowel surgery. During her time in the NHS, she has also gained experience in weight management, nutrition support, heart health and cancer.

As a sports nutritionist, Sam strives to help athletes from recreational to elite, understand how to fuel themselves to get the most out of their training and to maximise their performance. Sam firmly believes that everyone is unique and their nutrition will also be unique to the individual.
