As a performance dietitian and the founder of Fuel and Thrive Nutrition, I help athletes cut through the noise and take real ownership of their fuelling so they can perform, recover, and actually thrive in both sport and in life.

I currently work with the Harlequins Women’s Rugby Academy based at Worthing College and with Winchester City Swim Club, designing and delivering evidence-based nutrition programmes for developing athletes. My approach is practical, relatable, and built for the real world - whether that’s fuelling for back-to-back training sessions, managing hectic schedules, or building sustainable habits that last beyond the season.

Alongside my private practice, I’m also a paediatric dietitian in the NHS, conducting outpatient clinics and supporting acute wards. This clinical experience taught me how to problem-solve, communicate clearly, and work seamlessly in high-pressure, multidisciplinary teams - skills that translate straight into elite sport, enabling me to support athletes in a way that is impactful, actionable, and grounded in evidence.

I hold an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, where I graduated with distinction and received the Outstanding Achievement Award, and a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey.

In short, my goal is to educate and empower athletes of all levels with the tools to fuel confidently, perform consistently, and thrive long term.
