I am a Sport and Exercise Nutritionist (Graduate register) with great passion for health and people’s well-being.  I have worked more than 6 years in Nutrition and holistic health care along with Media, Sales and Marketing experiences. I am also a World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) Level 1 Baseball and Baseball 5 coach. 

My goal is to educate and empower athletes to increase their nutrition knowledge, optimize their nutrition and maximize their performance.
