I am a registered performance nutritionist with a background in Human Nutrition (BSc hons) and Applied Sports Nutrition (MSc). I support endurance based runners, cyclists and swimmers with their performance and overall health goals. 

During my time as a nutritionist I have had the pleasure of supporting a wide range of individuals on their journey’s towards their short and long term goals.
