Over my 18 years of dietetic practice I have worked in the various areas of dietetics and have been part of the NHS and commercial clinical and research teams in developing lifestyle programs for pre-diabetes, diabetes prevention and reversal. My specialist dietetic clinical expertise are in diabetes (both Type 1 and Type 2) and digestive health. I In addition, I have a special interest in technologies like insulin pumps and glucose sensors, gestational diabetes, PCOS as well as weight management. I am certified in delivering Low FODMAP diets for people with IBS. I work privately as well as in the NHS. As freelance dietitian I work with individual patients as well as consult commercial companies on dietary content development for their digital health technologies. 

I am accredited by most health insurance companies, like AXA, Vitality, Bupa, Healix and others.

I appreciate the difficulty my clients face when trying to make permanent lifestyle and dietary changes therefore, in addition to my clinical training to achieve Masters Degree in Dietetics, I have completed additional training in behavioural sciences: I am an accredited Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner, a trained in hypnotherapy and have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
