BDA registered dietitian and Psychology degree. Completed my dietetic degree in South Africa. 4 + years of experience in clinical and private settings.  

My passion is to work with individuals or families to support them in living a healthier life that is sustainable and enjoyable for them. There is no one size fits all nutrition plan. I enjoy working with adults as well as children.

I am a mom to two happy energetic boys who keep me on my toes constantly. On weekends, I enjoy spending time with my husband, boys and dog- doing anything outside on our bikes/walking or playing board games.
