I have over 20 years experience working in sports nutrition - I was the first sports Nutritionist appointed by the EIS! I am a Registered Dietitian, Registered Nutritionist and a Practitioner Registrant with the SENr. I have a wealth of experience both in the NHS and in sports nutrition where I have worked with many sports including rugby (I am Welsh!), Netball, Jockeys, Bowls. Winter Sports just to name a few. 

I am the Programme Manager for a Masters in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David - now SENr accredited and the only masters in Wales.

I also have a private practice based in Cardiff.

I love working in sport - it is such an interesting area of nutrition. I am currently completing a Professional Doctorate where I am looking at nutrition in junior rugby.
