Doing sport from a young age, I fell in love with nutrition during my high school studies when I realised how vital nutrition is to optimising health and performance. I went on to gain an MSC in Exercise and Nutrition Science whilst also taking an interest in breast cancer prevention and completing my work placement at the Nightingale Centre in Manchester. As an SENR Registered Sport Nutritionist, I have worked as a self-employed nutritionist. I am passionate about empowering individuals with the nutritional knowledge to make their own informed decisions about their nutrition, outside of work you’ll find me being a yogi trying to get the life balance right.
