For all BDA full members and associate members, our Trade Union provides bespoke and expert support and advice for any workplace issue they may face. Our Trade Union Advisors support issues including restructuring or redundancy, disciplinary, sickness, grievance, workload or discrimination, and are on hand to support any follow up which may include representation and attendance at legal hearings.
Compared to some of the larger and more expensive Unions who cover a huge number of professions, the BDA Union has years of specialist experience representing the dietetic profession.
