About Dr Sarah Durnan- Dr Sarah Durnan is a Clinical Academic Dietitian at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust and Honorary Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham. Her research focuses on children’s home enteral tube feeding, particularly the use of blended diets. Dr Durnan is leading the BDA/BAPEN-funded review of the Practice Toolkit on blended diet, set for publication in June 2026.
