Carole Sandhu
BSc(Hons) MSc
I'm Carole, a specialist dietitian for infants and children with over 17 years experience. I help children overcome feeding challenges and give parents the tools, guidance and confidence to create happy, stress-free meal times.
I know how worrying it can feel when your child struggles with feeding/eating and how overwhelming it is to navigate conflicting advice online. My goal is to provide clear, evidence-based guidance that's practical, reassuring and tailored to fit your child's needs.
I support children from infancy through to adolescence with a wide range of concerns including:
Food allergies
Food intolerances
Faltering Growth
Weaning challenges
Fussy eating/ selective eating/ARFID
Nutritional support for Autism and ADHD
Constipation/diarrhoea/IBS
Exclusion diets (milk, egg, soya, wheat free)
Nutritional deficiencies.
I take a holistic, child-centred approach, looking at health, routines and family life to create realistic plans that work for you. Consultations are delivered remotely via Zoom, by telephone or in-person at my clinic in Loughborough, Leicestershire.
If you are seeking personalised nutritional advice for your child, I'd be delighted to support you and your family.
