Are you struggling with the symptoms of PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, or menopause or feel you have a hormonal imbalance?

Do you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

Are you worried about your fertility and trying to find out how nutrition can support you to conceive naturally or improve your chances of conceiving through Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART)?

I am here to help…

There is a lot of nutrition information out there and it can be very confusing to find out what is evidence-based. I am a UK Registered Dietitian and committed to providing evidence-based nutrition information to help individuals make sustainable long-term changes to improve their health.

While I have experience in a range of conditions, I specialise in women’s health and am passionate about helping those born with a uterus understand their bodies and find ways to lead healthier lives. My specialities include Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Peri-menopause and Menopause, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Hypothyroidism (Hashimoto’s thyroiditis) and Hyperthyroidism (Graves’ disease).

I also received specialist fertility and prenatal nutrition training and can provide guidance to females and couples looking to support their fertility through nutrition. This includes improving egg health, optimization prior to IVF and other artificial insemination techniques and general nutrition advice pre-conception.

I am also hugely passionate about gut health and have experience in assisting clients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), Coeliac disease, diarrhoea and constipation. I have been trained on the use of the low FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome by Monash University. Besides looking only at foods, we will also discuss lifestyle changes to really help you manage these symptoms long-term.

Why am I passionate about women’s health and fertility nutrition? Because I think we have a long way to go in understanding our bodies and how hormones can affect us. I want all those who were born with a uterus to feel comfortable in their bodies and be able to make informed choices to improve their long-term health.

As I have PCOS, IBS and Graves’ disease myself, I have implemented many of the nutrition and lifestyle solutions I discuss with my clients. I understand the struggles more so than most other professionals and would love to help you manage these conditions and their symptoms long-term.

If you wish to discuss this further, I offer free discovery calls which you can book here https://p.bttr.to/3mXWmas (feel free to contact me for additional availability).
