Hi, I'm Laura. I’m a registered dietitian and PCOS specialist, but I’m also someone who has PCOS—so I know first hand how frustrating it can be to try everything (cutting carbs, taking inositol, following TikTok trends) and still feel out of control.
When I was diagnosed, even with over a decade of experience in nutrition, I struggled with irregular periods, acne, fatigue, and weight gain. The only advice I got? “Just lose weight or go on the pill.” It wasn’t enough—and it definitely wasn’t supportive. So I went deep into the research, experimented, and developed an approach that truly worked.
Now, I help other women with PCOS do the same through my 12-week Thrive with PCOS program. Using my evidence-based NOURISH framework, we work together to regulate your cycle, reduce symptoms, and restore hormonal balance—without extreme diets or guilt.
