I am a UK Registered Dietitian with extensive NHS and private practice experience, providing compassionate, evidence-based nutrition support tailored to your unique needs.
I am particularly passionate about supporting digestive health, female health, and nutrition in healthy ageing. I hold Advanced Low FODMAP training from King’s College London and have specialised expertise in both IBS and coeliac disease management, helping clients reduce symptoms and regain confidence and comfort around food.
I also offer specialist support in menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, and adenomyosis, helping women navigate hormonal transitions and manage related symptoms through personalised, practical, and sustainable nutrition strategies.
My experience also includes working with older adults, providing targeted advice on nutrition for falls prevention, constipation management, cholesterol lowering, and malnutrition. I led the development of a dietetic falls prevention service at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
