The event is an opportunity to hear key dietitians share their experience and insight in demonstrating the value of dietetic led nutrition management in primary care. We will be joined by Lisa Ledger RD from Cornwall who will share her experience of a unique project looking at the management of malnutrition at GP Practice level which was undertaken in conjunction with the University of Plymouth. Tanya Rumney RD from West Cheshire will discuss opportunities to embed dietetic led care pathways into primary care within the context of Primary Care Network Dietetic roles.
