As a Specialist Gastroenterology Dietitian, I am experienced in the management of a wide range of digestive conditions. I have a special interest and expertise in functional gastrointestinal disorders (also known as disorders of gut-brain interaction), of which Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is the most common, as well as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) such as Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis. I am fully-trained and experienced in implementing the low FODMAP diet, as well as Crohn's disease dietary therapies such as exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN), also known as a liquid diet.

I am also an accredited BDA Work Ready Dietitian, qualified to assess the nutritional needs of businesses, and design and implement effective nutritional interventions. To find out more about my work in this area, please contact me.
