James LeBaigue
I'm a sports nutritionist specialising in endurance performance, with a particular focus on triathlon. I help athletes take the guesswork out of nutrition so they can train harder, recover faster, and race at their best.
My background spans general medical practice and I have a Master’s in sport and exercise nutrition, giving me a practical, evidence-based approach.
I run a YouTube channel focussing on nutrition for triathletes, with 28,000+ subscribers. I also have a private nutrition practice and an online membership platform called The Hub, where I support triathletes through self-paced education, race nutrition support, and weekly coaching calls.
I’ve worked with everyone from age-groupers tackling their first Ironman to professional athletes chasing the podium. Whether it’s nailing a carb-loading plan, troubleshooting gut issues, or adjusting fuelling across a training week, I help athletes apply science in the real world — not just read about it.
I’m particularly interested in longer-course racing, practical performance strategies, and helping people build nutrition habits that last beyond race day.
