Our May clinical mastermind session was the first one hosted as an evening session, 19.30-20.30 on Thursday 30 May, on managing difficult conversations at work. With many of us facing opposition within an MDT setting or with patients/service users that can be challenging, this was the perfect opportunity to discuss in a supportive and collegiate environment. It was hosted by a senior HR professional who works in a tech firm, Roberta Dutra.  Due to the nature of this mastermind, only a short section of the mastermind has been recorded.
