Food as Medicine: Food and our Genome

The Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food at Monash University have developed a flexible online course to help suit the learning needs of busy health professionals. This two-week course introduces the science of nutritional genomics; from basic genetics, through to nutrient regulated gene-expression, how our genetics may impact nutrient requirements, and practical considerations for healthcare practice.
