Joanna inspires and empowers her clients to make positive lifestyle changes to manage their weight and health conditions such as pre-diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, PCOS, dyslipidaemia, fatty liver disease, hypertension, underactive thyroidism etc. She also has clinical experience supporting clients to build a healthier relationship with food to manage emotional eating & disordered eating. She offers compassionate and person-centred care which challenges weight stigma and rejects diet culture.
Joanna takes pride in practising with a holistic outlook, focusing on nutrition as well as movement, sleep cycles and stress management to support her clients in living their healthiest and happiest lives.
She is half Scottish half Greek, and before she moved to Scotland she was raised on a Greek island called Crete which makes her familiar with the Cretan Mediterranean diet which has been shown to be probably the most representative of all Mediterranean diets for heart health.
