A career-driven and energised First Team Nutritionist in the Premier League, currently at Brentford FC, committed to making nutrition tangible through genuine player connection, exceptional communication and an athlete-centred philosophy. I pride myself on being humble, nurturing and approachable, creating an environment where athletes feel listened to, respected and empowered. I tailor my recommendations to each individual, adapting to their needs, personality and circumstances, while taking great pride in the 1%’s, small wins and going above and beyond to meet athletes in the middle. I am diligent, analytical and relentless in my approach, with a close attention to detail and a consistent drive to raise the bar, earning recognition through the standards I set and the work I deliver.
A First Class Loughborough University graduate in Human Biology, with a year in industry at Nottingham Forest FC, an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, published research and guest lecturing. As a SENr Graduate Registrant, I am keen to mentor those newly entering the industry, offering a fresh perspective and relatable guidance from someone who has recently navigated the same journey, reflected through my work with the media and speaking at networking events.
Alongside professional sport, I work with the general population as a registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), and deliver nutrition and careers workshops privately, having also partnered with the NHS to deliver these in schools, encouraging young people to fuel happily and healthily while discovering the diverse opportunities within nutrition and sport.
Committed to continuous learning, personal growth and continually striving to become a more well-rounded practitioner.
