Georgina Impson Davey
Georgina is a practitioner registrant with the Sport and Exercise Nutrition register and has been part of the EIS/ UK Sports Institute for nearly a decade. She has recently secured a position on the SENr board.
Georgina is currently the Lead Performance Nutritionist for the Great Britain Cycling Team. She played a key role in the final preparations for the Olympic and Paralympic riders ahead of the Tokyo Games, and established and delivered the Paris 2024 ‘Bites for Bikes’ strategy throughout the cycle and at the Games, while now focusing on enhancing the performance nutrition service as the team transitions into the LA 2028 cycle.
She has also supported the British Gymnastics team during the Tokyo 2020 cycle, and GB Badminton in their preparations for Rio 2016. Her experience also includes roles at Manchester City Football Club, and City Football Group, as well as with Sport Wales.
A passionate advocate for British sport, she volunteered as a Games Maker at London 2012 and as a Hockey Maker for GB Hockey events. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, camping with her two dogs, playing sports, embracing the outdoors, and discovering great food, all while experiencing the joys of motherhood.
