I am a performance nutritionist with master’s degrees in Sports and Exercise Nutrition (ATU Galway) and Nutrition and Public Health, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. As the founder of ANutrition, I work with athletes, sports enthusiasts, women, and adolescents to optimise health, performance, and wellbeing.I provide nutrition plans, body composition and hydration testing, and deliver workshops for sports teams and corporate groups. My approach focuses on behaviour change, helping clients build sustainable habits. I believe in the power of nutrition and exercise to transform health, mindset, and performance.
