Louise Bloor
Sports and Exercise Science BSc, IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition
Louise has worked in high-performance sport for over 20 years, first as an international sprinter representing Great Britain at the Olympics, World Championships, and Commonwealth Games. She qualified as a Performance Nutritionist in 2012 and is a registered member of the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr).
Her early nutrition roles included British Diving and British Judo, supporting athletes through the Rio and Tokyo Olympic cycles and contributing to 10 Olympic and Paralympic medals. She went on to lead nutrition for UK Athletics, working with elite track athletes including Olympic champion Keely Hodgkinson and the M11 Track Club.
In 2023, Louise joined the FA as Senior Nutritionist for the Lionesses ahead of the Women's World Cup, and more recently supports Rugby Sevens and Fifteens at the Hong Kong Sports Institute.
